StairMeister's elegant and graceful Sweeping Stairs are a cross between circular and straight-run stairs. There is no log center column. The handcrafted treads are carved into the laminated stringers. The hand-peeled balusters attach to the stringers with mortise and tenon joinery. Clear pine, laminated handrails on both sides. The handrails can be hand-carved to look like curved logs. |

The following drawings are to 1/4" = 1' scale so they can be cut out and used on floor plans. Refer to Spiral Stairs - Specifications to determine the appropriate number of treads for your stairs. Allow 1 1/2" minimum hand clearance on all sides when framing stair wells. If the following pdf's do not print to size click here. | |
